Traditional Pesticides Don't Work For Ants. But we can help.
Most pesticides that you can find at the store are repellents. This means that the ants can detect the chemical and avoid it. We primarily use baits to control ants. The ants carry it back to the nest and it kills the whole colony. The Marietta, Ohio area is home to a variety of ant species, so we have a variety of baits that are attractive to different types of ants.
We also use professional sprays that use new technology that are not repellent to the ants. It takes a few days for the pesticide to kill the ant. In the meantime, the ants get the product all over them and carry it back to the colony, spreading it to the others. We only spray into the little cracks and gaps that the ants are crawling in so we do not contaminate the area with pesticides. Our goal is to achieve control with as little pesticide as possible to keep you and your family safe.
